Jessica embarked on her journey into the world of travel early on, beginning her career in an agency at the age of 19 following her education in travel school. Through her education, Jessica has achieved both the Certificated Travel Associate and Certificated Travel Counselor accreditations. Her experience encompassed catering to both leisure and corporate clients, but her passion thrived in creating captivating vacation experiences for her clients. Jessica took a break from travel to devote her undivided attention to her growing family, but her passion never waned. In 2021, Jessica returned to the travel industry and is based on the Frankenmuth Travel office. Her explorations have spanned various US destinations along both the East and West coasts. Beyond the borders, her adventures have taken her to Jamaica, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Cana, Canada, and Ireland. She has sailed on larger ocean ships and is really looking forward to experiencing a European river cruise. Jessica has recently completed comprehensive courses for England, Scotland, Ireland, Viking and AMA Waterways. 

Katie Matonek started her career in travel in December of 2018. She works as the Leisure Travel Assistant answering phones, directing walk-in clients, document processing, and day -to-day office tasks. Katie is also the Motor Coach Specialist, specializing in escorted motor coach tours within the United States and Canada. Katie has traveled with Royal Caribbean to the Bahamas and has visited multiple major cities across the United States, her favorite being Alaska with Holland America. She hopes to travel internationally, visiting places such as Greece, Ireland, and England.
